You might be wondering, what is a Newbie Mentor? A NM is a member that knows their way around the site, and is willing to help newbies when they first join. The new member will be able to ask their NM whatever they need to, and the NM might also roleplay with the new member.
When the new member gets more experience, and they don't need the Newbie Mentor anymore, they may PM them, and the NM will no longer help the member.
If you want to be a NM, you must be able to explain things to other well, and just be friendly in general. Keep in mind, each NM may keep track of up to five new members.
